Delete your KambaJá account

You can ask GRIDSPIRE TECHNOLOGY LTD to close your KambaJá account and delete personal information that is no longer required for the service.

How the request works

  1. Enter your registered number

    Use the Angola mobile number linked to your KambaJá account. The country code is +244.

  2. Request a verification code

    We use a one-time code to check that the request is made by the account holder.

  3. Submit the deletion request

    After the code is confirmed, your account deletion request is sent for review.

  4. Receive confirmation

    We will process eligible deletion within 30 business days or explain why specific records must be retained.

Before your account is closed

Account deletion is permanent and may prevent you from accessing previous account information. Deleting an account does not cancel any outstanding credit, repayment, dispute, or other legal obligation.

Personal information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized. Certain records may be retained where necessary for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, loan-servicing, or dispute-resolution purposes in Angola.
